Advisory Board for the Mayo Clinic Center for Health Care Social Media

I recently applied for a volunteer position for the advisory board at Mayo Clinic Center for Social Media. What an amazing experience it has been so far. I have learned so much from the process of applying to the getting use to the idea of "self promotion" through social media. I have learned quickly what wonderful connections can be made through social media, along with an unlimited amount of resources available at your fingertips.
